Founder, Creative Director

Paul has founded 2 of Melbourne’s most successful independent advertising agencies over his 18 years in advertising, brand communications and design. Large businesses to SME’s alike can benefit from Paul’s big brand thinking from a diverse range of experience working with blue-chip brands including: Adidas, Disney, News Limited, Volvo, Seek, Levi’s and STA Travel to name a few. Paul supervises every facet of Hub’s brand strategy, advertising and design.

 

Hub Group Serrin DewarSerrin Dewar.

Managing Director

Serrin joined Hub in 2009 as Managing Director, bringing with her 13 years of brand, marketing and advertising experience. After a BComm and 5 years on Client side with The Just Group, Serrin crossed to the dark side to spend the several years working on major FMCG, Banking, Consumer and Lifestyle brands with Agencies such as Smart Melbourne and JWT Sydney. Serrin works across all Hub Group’s Clients and new business as our strategic leader and she prides herself on having never missed a deadline or blown a budget in her career.

 

Anna Rogers.

Founder, Director

Understanding brands and why people love or loathe them has been the driving force behind Anna’s career. She has spent the last 20 years working in advertising client services and brand strategy with great Australian and International businesses from Buena Vista to Birds Eye Walls, Medibank to Myer. Anna was inspired to set up Hub Group with Paul to prove that brands don’t need Coca-Cola marketing budgets to be truly successful, just vision, creativity and dedication to making it happen. Anna now oversees Hub Group’s relationships to make sure objectives are met and exceeded for the agency and client teams alike.
